Change, and better relationship skills.

About

Shift your perspective. Learn profound skills to improve your life.

About

Atypical Works helps technology organizations to make neurodiversity an asset. People have different strengths, and identifying and leveraging those strengths can make your existing employees happier and more effective. We provide workshops and coaching to improve cohesiveness and communication in teams, and resolve conflicts.

Conflict at work can be more difficult than at home. People have to see each other every day, and don’t have the bonds that keep families and intimate relationships together. If conflict gets too heated, it can impact the effectiveness and productivity. But within conflict, is an opportunity to share ideas, make improvements and have better workplace interactions. We help teams learn how to “do conflict” skillfully.
